Submission takes place in two stages: a short abstract, followed by a full presentation proposal if your abstract passes the initial screening.
1. Submit your abstract
Submit your abstract by 13 November 2026, 23:59 (Anywhere on Earth) using the form below.
- Provide a title and a short abstract (max. 150 words) outlining the topic, main ideas, and intended focus of your presentation.
- Select “Presentations” as your track.
Select a topic under “Contribution Types” to help us assign appropriate reviewers. - Add all authors and indicate who will present. You can search for existing Indico users or enter their details manually.
You will need an account on this Indico instance to submit.
Abstracts are screened by the organizing team on a rolling basis to check their completeness, clarity, and relevance to Information+. This is not a peer-review stage. You will be notified as soon as your abstract has been reviewed.
Please check your spam or junk folder in case our reply is filtered.
2. Submit your full presentation proposal
As soon as your abstract passes the screening, you can submit your full presentation proposal, without waiting for the abstract submission deadline. The notification email will include instructions and a link to your contribution page.
Submit your full proposal by 22 November 2026, 23:59 (Anywhere on Earth) as a PDF including up to 3,000 characters of text, together with relevant visual materials, examples, or sketches that help reviewers understand what the audience can expect from the presentation.
Your proposal should clearly communicate:
- What you want to present: the topic, main ideas, and content of your presentation.
- Where your contribution comes from: a project, research, practice, or experience that informs your perspective.
- Why it matters: the relevance of your contribution and why it would be interesting or valuable to the Information+ audience.
How you intend to present it: the approach, format, and materials you plan to use in your 10-minute presentation.
Full proposals will undergo a single-blind peer review by members of our international Program Committee. The final selection will be made by the Program Chairs. Passing the abstract screening does not guarantee a place in the conference programme. Final decisions, accompanied by summary reviews, will be communicated on 1-9 February 2027.
